Location: Northampton

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients across multiple sectors, including luxury residential developments, innovative commercial spaces, and large-scale industrial projects that shape the built environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects across luxury residential, design-led commercial, and large-scale industrial sectors.
• Develop project strategies, plans, and budgets, ensuring successful execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (developers, investors, and occupiers) to understand and meet their requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing clear direction and leadership.
• Monitor project performance and report on key metrics to clients and senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in project management within luxury residential, design-led commercial, or large-scale industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
