Position: Senior Project ManagerOpen to remoteAre you an experienced Project Manager looking to make an impact in the ICT or telecommunications industry? My client is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile projects across the globe. Your expertise in project management will be key to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, contributing to both customer satisfaction and company growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage the full project lifecycle using PMI or PRINCE2 methodologies, from initial scoping to final delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers and pre-sales consultants.

• Financial Oversight: Maintain strict financial control throughout the project, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and achievement of financial goals.

• Customer Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Continuous Improvement: Post-project reflection to implement changes for future efficiency, while supporting pre-contract sales activities and identifying process improvement opportunities to reduce timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in ICT project management, with telecommunications experience being a plus.

• PMI or PRINCE2 certification and a history of building strong relationships with customers in IT/DevOps or telecommunications.

• Strong resource planning and budget management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to navigate complex business and technical challenges.

• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
