From Airport Technology to Asset Upgrades to Critical Infrastructure Projects, we’re shaping a better world one project at a time.The OpportunityThe role is to support the Management Team in the successful delivery of various Projects for our Clients both in Ireland and Overseas. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in the day to day management of our Projects, working with our Clients and their Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of the Projects in line with Program timelines.As a Senior Project Manger at Arup, you will:

  • Lead the effective and efficient delivery of projects and managing the performance of both internal and external project teams
  • Maintain day-to day communication with client, consultants, contractors for successful project outcomes
  • Manage project risks, value, change, cost to deliver the project
  • Implement digital and innovation tools to enhance project management process
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Does this role inspire you?We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality, sustainable outcomes for our clients. the role also requires :

  • Degree in Engineering related discipline such as Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Project Management
  • Chartered Engineer (C.Eng MIEI) or equivalent; candidates also actively pursuing Chartered Status may also be considered
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills within a team environment
  • Strong independent judgment and analytical abilities
  • Experience of Project Management / Project Delivery within the Aviation Industry would be considered advantageous
