With in-house Property Management, Lettings, and Maintenance teams, they ensure a seamless living and rental experience for tenants, clients, and the entire team.As a Senior Property Manager, you will:

• Oversee a portfolio of properties across new and existing developments in Dublin.
• Lead strategic planning efforts to optimise occupancy rates and drive operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate property turnovers to ensure minimal downtime and smooth transitions.
• Ensure compliance with RTB regulations in all tenant and property management matters.
• Manage escalated tenant issues, providing solutions and maintaining positive relationships.
• Oversee rental payments and arrears, implementing effective payment tracking and recovery strategies.
• Mentor junior property management staff, fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve tenant satisfaction and support overall business growth initiatives.
