This is an extraordinary opportunity to shape how we evolve across the group!As a Senior Quality Engineer you you’ll be crucial to our work to enable Engineers across LBG have the right tools and frameworks to succeed in shipping our products quicker and effectively. The investments we’re making in our people, data, and technology are leading to innovative projects, fresh possibilities, and countless new ways for our people to work, learn, and thrive.What you’ll needHighly experienced in creating test frameworks to aid the testing of complex codeExperienced in a range of Testing ToolsIn a leadership role with a passion for mentoring and coaching people in a “player-coach” modelBe adaptable including working alongside the other teams within QECoEBe an industry leader promoting Quality Engineering at LBG across the external industry.You will have excellent influencing skills and ability to work well with stakeholdersHands on experience of using modern technologies e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Github, Backstage and Harness.Experience in building tooling solutions to support engineers to adopt new ways of workingKnowledge across the entire Test Lifecycle including Quality Engineering, Test Data and Test EnvironmentsIn addition, any experience of these would be usefulUnderstanding and awareness or our architecture and test environmentsAppreciation of quality engineering and it’s approach in LBG.Experience working with and building CI/CD pipelinesAbout working for usOur focus is to ensure we’re inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
