Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up?The below role could be of interest to you…Role – Senior Quantity Surveyor – ConsultancyLocation – SurreySalary – up to £75k DOE + MileageI have an exciting position for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established consultancy.Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of construction estimates
- Preparation and pricing of bills of quantities for tender
- Value engineering
- Contract documentation
- Attending site meetings and inspections including carrying out site measurements
- Advising clients/consultants on cost implications of variations
- Conducting interim valuations of works
- Preparing project financial appraisals
- Preparation of final accounts
- Assessing all contractor’s claims
Key Attributes:
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a must
- Ideally consultancy experience
- Experience of drawing programmes. Eg. Causeway
- Ideally working towards completing or have already obtained your RICS Qualification or relevant qualifications
- Project experience with high end residential / commercial projects
