An award-winning Tier 1 Main Contractor, recognised for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, healthcare, airport and public infrastructure projects, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin.In this role, you will play a key part in managing all financial aspects on some of the largest projects currently running in Ireland. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will play a key role in managing costs, ensuring value for money, and delivering projects within budget. • Manage all aspects of cost control, from initial budget through to final account.
• Prepare, monitor, and forecast project budgets.
• Handle contract administration, including subcontractor payments, valuations, and variations.
• Ensure financial reporting and progress tracking are completed accurately and on time.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with an Irish or UK Main Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of civil, residential, and educational projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Experience with contract management and knowledge of construction regulations.
