The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and managing clients within sectors such as Accountancy Practice & Tax, Financial Services, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Pharma, Medical Devices, Life Science, Engineering, and Tech. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility, a competitive package, and opportunities for career progression within the company.Your Role:

• Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across various sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering bespoke recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Utilise tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to find high-quality candidates.
• Candidate Management: Engage with candidates to understand their career aspirations, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Abrivia team, sharing insights and contributing to the company’s overall success. Opportunities for leadership roles and team building are available for those who excel.
• Client Engagement: Regularly meet with clients (virtually or in person) to understand their business needs and market trends, ensuring Abrivia remains at the forefront of the recruitment industry.

Your Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a focus on business development in the Irish market. Experience in one or more of the specified sectors is preferred.
• Business Acumen: Strong business development skills with a proven ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and candidates.
• Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Technology: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools, as well as all MS Office programs.
