What you’ll do

Join our vibrant Vodafone roaming B2B telecom team as a Senior Sales Executive, where you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales and growth with a focus on managed roaming services, connectivity, and eSIM solutions. Your responsibilities: 

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Craft and execute a dynamic sales strategy to hit and exceed revenue and margin targets for outsourced roaming and connectivity services globally.
  • Identify and prioritize key markets and accounts in the B2B telecom and travel sectors, exploring additional industry verticals within Vodafone.
  • Design and implement detailed account plans to amplify market presence and accelerate sales growth.

Business Development

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities with telecom operators, carriers, travel companies, and enterprise clients.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with market research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Cultivate a robust sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand and product awareness and identify new product opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Forge and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with target companies’ key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements, focusing on roaming outsourcing, eSIM, and travel industry applications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Sales Execution

  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, forecast accuracy, and revenue achievement.

Industry Expertise

  • Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the telecom and travel sectors.
  • Represent Vodafone at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and network with potential clients.

Who you are

  • Industry Expert: Significa years of sales experience in the telecom industry, with a focus on roaming services. Knowledge of eSIM technology and the travel industry is a strong advantage.
  • Sales Achiever: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • B2B Specialist: In-depth understanding of B2B telecom solutions, including roaming, mobile services, and eSIM technology.
  • Relationship Builder: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated: Results-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Open to Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Education & Experience: A higher degree (technical background would be valuable) or proven experience in the field.
  • Languages: Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Spanish or Mandarin language will be a great asset.
