Job description

We’re looking for an Information Security Analyst with a strong understanding of security legislation and regulatory frameworks, particularly those influenced by the EU. This role sits within the Information Security (IS) team but offers the opportunity to engage with broader areas of the business – including airline safety, operations and industrial regulation.Please note this role operates in a hybrid model with candidates expected to be able and willing to work from our customer’s Dublin office once per week.Key responsibilities & duties include:

• Monitor and interpret security legislation, directives, and standards (EU and global)
• Ensure the organization is aligned with relevant compliance and regulatory expectations
• Provide oversight and guidance on security controls and standards
• Participate in audits and assurance activities across the business
• Collaborate with internal teams across safety, operations and engineering
• Support the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
• Engage with industry bodies to maintain awareness of emerging threats and regulatory changes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Senior-level experience in information security or compliance roles
• Strong understanding of EU directives, security legislation, and industry standards
• Awareness of aviation or highly regulated industries (preferred)
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational practices
• Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, etc.)
