You’ll work closely with our UK & EU commercial teams, influencing strategic decisions and driving sustainable business growth through consumer and shopper insights. • Lead the development and delivery of the Customer & Shopper Marketing Strategy, aligning brand plans with relevant channels to create a clear shopper engagement vision across Europe, with a primary focus on the UK.
• Work closely with UK & EU commercial teams to influence strategic decisions, drive growth and ROI through the development and execution of annual shopper marketing plans and budgets.
• Collaborate with the brand, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and fully maximised marketing plans, including input into the NPD process.
• Build strong peer-to-peer relationships with key retail partners, creating plans encompassing range, merchandising, NPD, and promotional activities.
• Oversee the effective execution of in-store and online promotional activities, ensuring efficient implementation and maximised impact.
• Leverage your understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour to shape the brand strategy and champion excellence in execution.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• Demonstrable experience in shopper marketing across multiple environments.
• Proven ability to manage and monitor budgets to ensure maximum ROI for shopper marketing activities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, to build robust working relationships.
• Experience in developing and executing category management plans.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Creative thinker with an eye for innovation and new ideas.
• Experience supporting commercial retail teams and influencing strategic decisions.
