Senior Sous Chef – On-Site Butchery / Garden to PlateA fantastic opportunity in beautiful Sevenoaks, Kent. We’re looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join a dynamic team, with a unique focus on garden-to-plate cooking and on-site butchery.

• £37,000 salary, plus a generous £5-7k service charge.

As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional standards and smooth service. You’ll play a key role in creating seasonal menus, showcasing your culinary expertise from preparation to plating.Senior Sous Chef Responsibilities;

• Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient environment.
• Manage kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene and organisation within the Sevenoaks, Kent location.
• Contribute to menu development, utilising fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
