Are you a dynamic and experienced lending professional with the ability to manage large projects? Join our team as a Senior Special Project Manager and help innovate on and simplify the lending journey. With your proven ability to question the status quo, challenge conventional thinking and bring fresh perspectives, you’ll create streamlined, customer-centric processes that improve the overall customer experience. Your project-based work will shift focus as we identify new opportunities to enhance the lending experience. You’ll also jump in to support the team in whatever capacity is needed to help move projects forward. If you have a strong background in lending within the agriculture and agri-food industry – either as a lender or in credit, with a focus on small business – this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll do:

• Manage complex corporate-level, cross-divisional projects or identified strategic initiatives
• Make strategic, technical, or tactical recommendations to senior leaders
• Using acquired knowledge, subject matter expertise and/or your unique skill set, fulfill responsibilities pertaining to the project

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); project management certificate is an asset
• Proven project management experience
• Experience building business cases, presentations and strategy documents
• Expertise in analysis, industry best practices and research
• Extensive knowledge of project’s subject matter
