Job DescriptionCircle K Ireland are now recruiting for a Senior Specialist, Masterdata.Reporting to the Senior Manager of Pricing and Promotion, the Senior Specialist Masterdata will oversee the establishment and maintenance of Item Master Data and Stock Management, Clearance, and Promotion for convenience products at Circle K Ireland.This is a full-time permanent role based in Circle K Support Office in Clonskeagh, Dublin 4. Circle K colleagues work on a hybrid model of 3 days from the office and 2 days working from home.Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead master data governance, drive process enhancements, promote standardization, develop automation solutions, and handle item creation and promotion setup for Circle K Ireland.
  • Ensure the accuracy of our Local BU core Master Data source system (JDE) along with Octane, Relex, Mashgin, and any future NGRP systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all master data and subsequent updates.
  • Run the promotion cycle process to include JDE set up, POS sign off and report results for all active promotions.
  • Collaborate closely with Category Managers to facilitate and execute price adjustments and new item set up within stipulated timelines.
  • Work with all the relevant stakeholders to align and delivery the Sales & Margin business plan.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues pertaining to item convenience.
  • Manage Weekly KPI meetings with Supply Chain Partner (Musgrave). Ensure follow up takes place on key actions and stakeholders are informed of issues arising.
  • Provide performance monitoring related to Supply Chain and logistics.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to Category, Finance, and Marketing teams as needed.
  • Be the (SME) in RELEX SO and work closely with Snr. Specialist Space & Floor and support the team with Weekly KPI reports, troubleshoot issues to ensure a full assortment availability is maintained.
  • Develop and maintain localized formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Actively identify and participate in, or lead, initiatives aimed at process improvement.
  • Lead and manage one direct report.

Criteria for Success:

  • Degree educated in relevant field to this role, with 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Academic and/or extensive experience in project management.
  • Experience with business applications (ERP-systems).
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, product regulations and quality control advantageous
  • Prior Experience with JD Edwards and/or RELEX SO considered a plus.
  • Structured and focused on details with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Experience with business processes and IT systems, experience with data flow and IT integration.
  • Experienced with relevant Microsoft business suite software and other industry programs.
  • Collaborative, solution focused, positive and agile approach to work.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
