This role is important to us, because students are at the centre of our work. We aim to provide clear information, help students find the right courses, and ultimately to ensure that the University reaches its targets for student recruitment.We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our undergraduate recruitment team. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of activities, including managing the schools liaison and career exhibition programme, coordinating the production of promotional materials, and driving digital communications and marketing efforts, including CRM management. They will also take responsibility for the end-to-end planning, organisation, and delivery of open days and other outreach events, ensuring these initiatives are executed to the highest standard. Additionally, the role involves engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including prospective students, parents and guardians, Guidance Counsellors, and teachers.In addition to leading and managing the Undergraduate Student Recruitment team and ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard, the person will also operate at a strategic level, analysing the demand and trends, understanding the needs of prospective students and using these to shape our recruitment activities and to advise the university on the revision of academic courses.The person will be part of the university Admissions and Recruitment team and will report to the Assistant Registrar and Director of Admissions. The role will involve building relationships across the university, and with external stakeholders.This post will suit a person who can lead a team, think strategically, innovate and ensure excellent service delivery, and who would like to contribute to the growth and development of the University.SalarySenior Administrative Officer IV (2024): €67,981 – €107,942 p.a.
