What you’ll be doing:

• The people we support are adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, Autism, and or mental health needs
• Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
• participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• They maintain and develop their community links and access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
• Work closely alongside management and staff members to support when required.
• Willing to be flexible as shift rota can include between 08.00am – 10.00pm, working a minimum of 2 weekends a month(Times can change to suit service requirements)
• Be part of the on-call rota, with the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager.
• Support the management team with changes within the service.

Who you are:

• Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
• Enthusiastic at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
• Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
• Quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities
• Driver is essential due to service requirement
