Job Requirements
Role Overview:As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will work in the Integrated Project Team (IPT) engaged in the development of next generation Electronic Warfare/Radar systems.Job Responsibilities:As a systems engineer responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:

• Develop and derive project requirements.
• Manage the flow of requirements from system level to sub-system level ensuring traceability of system requirements.

Generation Test documentation for product releaseGeneration of documentation required for product certificationSupport the acceptance of the solution internally and externally to the customerProvision of requirements management on assigned projectsProduction of design documentation for Design ReviewsEnsuring that solutions are ready to enter design reviewsInterfacing and supporting the software and hardware team in system engineering activities and technical workshopsCommunicating the system designs to the Project Design Authority and Engineering Manager and the customerSupport customer meetings when requiredReview supplier documentation ensuring alignment with the project and customer requirements.Management and supervision of work packages as requiredSupport the technical management of subcontractors and generate the required documentation when needed. * Review subcontractors’ documentations ensuring alignment with the project and customer requirements.Support Quest Global in growing its system engineering capabilityProvide support to the Quest Global site lead in providing project and system engineering expertise when its neededComply with Company policies and procedures (including the Business Management System);Work ExperienceSkills, Qualifications and Experience required:MandatorySystem design experience throughout the lifecycle of the project.Experience of verification and validation (V&V) activities to achieve certification and acceptanceExposure to systems integration and/or test experience of complex, high-reliability systemsExperience of defining verification methods and generating tests requirements/proceduresExperience of showing traceability of V&V tests to systems requirements & generating/updating Verification Matrices (VCRMs)EMC and Environmental testingExperience/knowledge of requirements management in DOORSExperience of working in multi-disciplined Engineering teamsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAble to generate high-quality documentation (test specifications, procedures & reports)Experience in producing documentations and being involved in design reviews such PDR, CDR and TRRDesirableEW experience that involves ECMProduct development and certificationLeading a technical team through design reviewsWork package leadershipQualificationsHND/HNC, degree (BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng) in a relevant STEM-based subject or equivalent experience.UK/ EU citizenship is mandatory to be able to clear the background checks and obtain SC clearanceCurrent valid SC clearance would be an advantage
