Senior Technical Support Engineer Level 2 MSP DublinLocation: Dublin West / South WestType: Full-time, Permanent | Office-based, Monday to FridayAn established and growing MSP in Dublin is seeking a skilled and motivated 2nd Level Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) and a proven track record in a managed services environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Provide Level 2 support across desktop, server, and network issuesTroubleshoot escalated technical problems and resolve tickets within SLAsAssist with M365 migrations, user onboarding, and mailbox managementSupport network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)Perform routine server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.)Assist with PowerShell scripts and automation tasksContribute to technical documentation and project deliveryCommunicate with clients and vendors, keeping stakeholders updatedRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) in an MSPDeep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, and networkingSolid troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitudeFamiliarity with tools like RMM/PSA, VoIP systems, and PowerShellExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid work authorisation for IrelandBenefitsWhy Join This Company?You’ll be part of a dynamic MSP where your skills and initiative are valued.
