Job responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the development and growth of the telecom business in the DACH region
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, sales targets and profitability in the telecom sector
• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments
• Take full responsibility for the commercialization of the company’s products to the assigned accounts, defining market policies and strategies to be implemented to achieve established objectives in terms of volumes and product mix
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, tenders, and customer needs
• Monitor the performance of the sales within the assigned accounts and re-allocate resources to improve overall results
• Contribute to the long-term success by being a collaborative leader amongst your peers
• Identify new business models/opportunities and elaborate related action plans.
