Why is this role important at Infobip?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and customer-centric colleague to work on RCS (RBM) solutions with Telecoms. The main responsibility is contributing to the company’s revenue by enabling, developing, and monetizing the solution. This headquarters role is responsible for the global realization of RCS (RBM) connectivity and selling of Messaging as a Service Platform (MaaP) to Telecoms in cooperation with regional customer-facing teams.

What will you do?

  • Drive our RCS (RBM) initiatives with Telecoms, directly and indirectly contributing to the company’s revenue growth
  • Collaborate and commercially support regional customer-facing teams to implement solution strategies effectively
  • Enable RCS (RBM) connectivity, position and sell RCS Messaging as a Platform (MaaP) in cooperation with regional customer-facing teams, internal teams, and Telecoms
  • Negotiate favorable commercial terms with Telecoms, paving the way for successful development and monetization
  • Be the bridge between the market and our product team, providing invaluable feedback on market-driven functionalities
  • Track and report on global movements, trends, and activities, ensuring our company remains aligned with industry shifts and is primed to seize emerging opportunities

More about you:

  • 5+ years of working experience (experience in telecom industry is advantageous)
  • Degree in STEM, Economics, or relevant working experience
  • Customer-centric approach in all endeavors
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills toward both technical and non-technical audiences (you know how to sell the value of technology)
  • Enjoy working in collaborative, fast-paced environments
  • Goal-driven and persistent
