We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Test Automation Engineer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on siteYour tasks

• Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures.
• Provision of quality plans and service level agreements.
• IS Quality control and evaluation.
• Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information system projects.
• Definition, elaboration, management, and reporting of quality tests.
• Coordination of test campaigns.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Minimum 11 years’ of specific expertise in designing, developing and implementing Test Plans, Cases & Processes;
• Minimum 10 years’ of specific expertise in Automation testing;
• Minimum 4 years’ of specific expertise in Jira;
• Minimum 3 years’ of specific expertise in Selenium;
• Good knowledge of information system quality assurance and quality control practices;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile);
• Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools;
• Experience working with Java SE (write some non-Test NG classes);
• Experience in OOP concepts like polymorphism, access modifiers, interface;
• Experience in versioning systems (GIT, SVN);
• Experience in working with Web services;
• Experience in the test data management with relational databases;
• The following certificates are mandatory: ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent (optional) and PSM 1 Certified SCRUM Master;
• Excellent command of the English language, French would be an asset.
