• Evaluate customer needs on servicing or repair requirements, in line with Vehicle Health Checks
• Ensure the customer is aware of all applicable costs and the progress of repairs in a timely manner and competently handling objections
• Coordinate internally with the workshop colleagues to progress the vehicle through the service process
• Deliver exceptional customer service in order to achieve the customer satisfaction set objectives whilst adhering to the manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
• Maintain accurate customer details to ensure customer database is up to date
• Up to date knowledge on additional products and services is essential
• Work in line with all service and warranty policies of both group and manufacturer

Skills & experience we know will help Service Advisor succeed in this role

• Previous Customer Service experience is preferable
• Deliver first class service to achieve company and manufacturer objectives
• Self-motivated with experience of achieving targets
• Confident and professional communication skills
