Job Reference: 33870Job advert:Service AdvisorPremier Recruitment Solutions are working with a well known main dealer who are looking to employ a Service Advisor to their dealership in Eastleigh. The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience within the automotive trade, have an understanding of car technology and familiar with the processes.Your Main duties will include:

• Being the point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles.
• Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the business and the customer.
• Handling customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
• Qualify service needs and establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
• Accurately maintaining the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
• Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.

Skills Required:

• Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT
• Excellent organisational skills, and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of the motor trade
• Previous experience working for a main dealership is admirable.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good team player
• Experience with Pinnacle or another dealer management system (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
