We are looking for a Technical Service Advisor to join a leading global organisation based in Dublin!In this role, you’ll act as the key point of contact for Drivers and Clients, managing service bookings, breakdowns, and vehicle care advice. You’ll liaise with service providers, ensuring the highest level of customer attention and minimising vehicle downtime.Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate driver requests to service providers and follow up on progress
- Manage service bookings, breakdowns, and general vehicle queries
- Maintain accurate system updates and correspondence
- Resolve quality issues and escalate when necessary
- Provide technical advice to Drivers and Clients
- Work towards individual and team targets set by the Line Manager
About You:
- Experience in a similar role within a motor dealer, manufacturer, or after-sales environment
- Mechanical qualification (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to negotiate solutions
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team player with a positive attitude and drive to deliver results
