Service Advisor – Gloucester Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

Your Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers at the service department.
- Explain the repair process and book customer vehicles in for service/repairs.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate service records and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in an automotive Service Advisor role is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisation and administrative skills.
- Confidence in selling additional services and products.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Computer literacy is a must.
