Service Advisor – Gloucester Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

Your Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for customers at the service department.
• Explain the repair process and book customer vehicles in for service/repairs.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
• Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate service records and handle customer queries efficiently.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in an automotive Service Advisor role is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and administrative skills.
• Confidence in selling additional services and products.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Computer literacy is a must.
