Job description
Our client is a market leading, Irish owned, commercial, and industrial refrigeration company, who specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of specialist refrigeration systems.Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced service coordinator to join the existing team in supporting the Service Department by coordinating field service operations, managing scheduling and service requests, and providing administrative support.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the activities of the field service team to ensure operational efficiency and effective time management.
- Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, or as required.
- Use CRM software to manage open and returned service requests, scheduling engineer’s daily routes. This includes considering service request locations, engineer proximity, and the engineer’s skill set to minimise travel and maximise efficiency.
- Process billing for customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Engage with clients regularly via email and phone, fostering strong and positive relationship.
- Create and process supplier orders.
- Plan and organise travel logistics for the field service team, including flights, accommodation, and other requirements.
- Address travel-related issues in real time to minimise disruptions to field service operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a field service environment.
- Proficiency in CRM Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of handling emergency situations related to field service operations or travel arrangements.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Team-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships across functional teams.
