Service CoordinatorManufacturing/Engineering sectorPermanent OpportunityAberdeenThis is an excellent opportunity for a to join a busy service department for a global oilfield services equipment provider in Aberdeen,You’ll be working closely with a number of stakeholders in a customer facing roles that ensures equipment services schedules are accurately maintained.You’ll be a vital part of the team to ensure a smoothly operating department.Duties:
- Liaising with customers to arrange repair and service of in-service equipment.
- Schedule management for both personnel and equipment.
- Managing all transactions though company ERP systems.
- Tracking jobs, costs, servicing and calibration activities.
- Processing, invoicing and revenue recognition for full process.
- Forecasting regional revenue and costs.
Background
- Inventory Control experience
- Customer communication skills
- Appreciation of logistics
- Oil and Gas industry exposure (Not essential)
- ERP systems experience
- Financial Reporting (Not essential)
