Why not join us?PositionAs a Service Delivery Manager, you will manage and develop an industry leading field-based team, who carry out ANPR/CCTV installs including reactive call outs for sites that have gone offline. You will be a point of escalation providing valuable support to engineers, but also engage with other departments to ensure the Service Delivery Team delivers a high-quality service to its clients.Responsibilities and Duties
- To manage all aspects of the Service Delivery Team based in the South
- To develop the Field Service Engineers’ capabilities in-line with the Group’s growth ambitions and the development of new services
- To provide operational leadership and direction to achieve agreed service levels, targets and procedural compliance
- To be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety requirements are adhered to across the Service Delivery Team (South)
- To drive high quality installations in line with corporate compliance regulations across the team
- To be responsible for the performance and development of team members
- To act as an enabler to maximise team member’s motivation to meet business objectives
- To create synergy between teams, ensuring positive working relationships and effective communication is maintained with key stakeholders – including ANPR, Sales and Technology
- To continually improve the operational systems, processes, and policies to enhance the quality of service
Requirements
- A proven leader with a track record of managing remote Field Service Engineers, fostering teamwork, and delivering exceptional results.
- Highly organised and proactive, with outstanding planning and time management skills to ensure smooth operations.
- Committed to excellence, with a strong focus on quality and pride in delivering superior service to clients.
- Results-driven and motivated to optimize efficiencies, achieve KPIs, and inspire team success.
- A natural people person, passionate about enhancing team performance through skill development opportunities.
