1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst is required by a well established Legal firm based in Central London paying up to £35k. During your probation period they would like you to be in the office full time however overtime there will be scope for you to work from home at least one day per week as long as its agreed in advance with the Line Manager.You will be joining an IT Team of 4 and be the main point of contact for all tickets logged. You will be required to log and troubleshoot issues or escalate to the relevant person to resolve the issue. This is an on perm, ITIL scripted Service Desk so you will be required to follow a process.The successful 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, will have basic troubleshooting and resolution skills along with excellent customer service skills and will be able to follow process. This role will probably suit someone who has 2/3 years experience working in an IT Call centre environment or similar setting and wants to get involved in support a little deeper. You will need some knowledge and experience supporting of Microsoft applications, Active Directory, Azure MFA, Softphones, Mimecast, Sophos and ideally Proclaim or BigHand.This is a great opportunity for someone with a basic understanding of IT Support to progress and develop themselves., APPLY NOW!!
