Location: Winchester, Hampshire, England£30k – 40k per year + BenefitsService Engineer (Agricultural Machinery) in WinchesterNewstaff Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a Service Engineer (Agricultural Machinery) on behalf of a company based in Winchester.Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and overtimeKey Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and test a variety of machinery, primarily in agriculture but also within commercial vehicles or construction industries.
• Interact with customers to provide excellent service and build strong relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Operate machinery on-site as needed for diagnostic and testing purposes.

Essential Requirements:

• Prior experience with a range of machinery, ideally in agriculture, commercial vehicles, or construction.
• Relevant qualifications in Land-Based Engineering are desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to the needs of the business, particularly during peak seasons.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 4:30 pm; Friday, 8 am to 3:30 pm (39-hour week).
• Overtime available (Mon-Sat at time and a half, Sunday and Bank Holidays at double time with a day in lieu).
• Some weekend work may be required, especially during peak harvest seasons.
