Title: Service CoordinatorLocation: DundalkSalary: €50,000Our client is a Distributor of renewable energy products, primarily heat pump systems to the residential and commercial market.The Successful Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks :
– Heat Pump Technical Support calls and call out management
– Product returns and vendor invoicing
– Spare parts management
– Overseeing of new product vetting and introduction
– Product quality assessment and vendor liaison
