Service Engineer / Technician (Telecom)(Ref. No.:CNK/SE)

Chevalier (Network Solutions) Limited, a subsidiary of Chevalier Group, is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

Handle in-house hardware repair and maintenance works (PABX & Telecom Product)

Handle day-to-day operational support including but not limited to material preparation, ordering and sourcing etc.

Conduct regular site inspection, system health check and material quality testing & evaluation

Provide support on regular & emergency call out and inventory & stock control assigned by Service Engineer

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Experienced candidate will be considered as Service Engineer

Requirements

F. 5 / DSE or above

1 – 3 years solid on-site working experiences in electronic product installation and support

Experience in installation and maintenance of PABX System will be an advantage

Knowledge in soldering and electronic circuit inspection

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel and Windows OS

Good interpersonal skills and customer service techniques

Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
