  • Manage and oversee service inventory levels to ensure stock adequacy for global service operations.
  • Track and maintain optimal stock levels across global locations to meet service demands without excess inventory.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of service orders by managing the service order book and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to secure timely procurement and resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Analyze inventory data and service order performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to optimize stock levels and streamline service inventory planning processes.
  • Provide detailed reporting on inventory health, service order status, and stock movements to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or relevant education/certification as an Inventory Planner.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or service operations.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and inventory management software is highly desirable.
