We currently have a vacancy for a Service Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks

• Define, develop, and review the high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future state;
• Support the ITSM’s transition towards the ITIL 4’s best practices;
• Maintain and/or contribute to the ITAM procedures and processes for effective software lifecycle management;
• Provide support on the design, development, and administration of the IT Asset Management program;
• Take responsibility in IT request management process, propose improvements, and monitor its daily operations;
• Participate and contribute to meetings with client, contractors, Member State and/or other partners.

Requirements

• University degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of 11 years;
• Expertise in Service Management and hands-on experience with service management tools;
• Experience in Asset management & license management;
• Experience in large scale service support, service delivery and business continuity;
• Good technical knowledge in project aspects;
• Good knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, SLA, OLA and SMT;
• Experience with DevSecOps Methodology;
• Ability to produce minutes, notes, service level agreements, terms of collaboration,planning schedules;
• Prior experience with customs and/or taxation applications is an asset;
• Excellent command of the English language.
