ServiceNow Developer*applicants who require sponsorship or visa transfer will not be considered for the role*Location: Remote (with occasional travel to HQ a few time per year)Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experienceAbout Us: We are working with a client seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their growing SNOW team.Key Responsibilities:Act as a point of contact and provide support and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to best practices within the ServiceNow platform.Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.Utilize your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM) to deliver high-quality solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects successfully.Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive maintenance and optimization.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience within the ServiceNow platform.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITIL v3 certification are desirable.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Remote work is supported, but candidates must be willing to travel to HQ a few times per year.
