Job description
We currently have a vacancy for a ServiceNow Developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements;
- Implement customer processes and develop custom functionalities using JavaScript;
- Integrate ServiceNow from existing software systems using REST APIs, web services, and scripting;
- Customize ServiceNow configurations including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow solutions
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 13 years;
- In-depth experience and knowledge in ServiceNow development and administration;
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies;
- Relational database experience on products such as MySQL or MSSQL;
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices;
- Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies;
- Excellent command of the English language.
