We are also recognised by the Irish Centre for Diversity & Inclusion as an accredited Investor in DiversityWe have an opportunity to join our Marketing Team as a Shopper Marketing Manager.Everything we communicate to the customer as they shop with us is coordinated by the shopper marketing team, led by the Shopper Marketing Manager.Content is developed in close collaboration with the wider Marketing department to ensure that our campaigns are executed in a way that is consistent & resonates with customers across all of our channels. Shopper Marketing represent the customer while also ensuring that all comms are on-brand and can be executed with ease by our store and online teams.The ideal candidate:
- An effective and innovative leader; with at least 4 years Marketing experience gained in a large national retailer or large global FMCG
- Has a superb understanding of retail operations and the evolving omnichannel landscape
- Operates through the lens of our customers at all times
- Balances the fast-paced nature of our business with outstanding attention to detail
- Takes a collaborative approach to work, whilst balancing multiple internal & external partners, priorities and goals with ease
- Is a great communicator, who is curious and inventive in their approach to identifying solutions
- Values efficiency and continuous improvement
- Has experience handling a large budget and multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Holds a degree, ideally in marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and delivery of in-store shopper marketing communications & engagement plan.
- Lead and continually develop customer touch-point mapping & output planning.
- Delivery of customer activations and in-store events
- Brief and run all customer experience collateral in line with our brand campaigns
- Responsible for communicating all Shopper Marketing activities to stores and operations; whilst continuously seeking out feedback on opportunities to improve.
- Point of contact for all category, in-store or site refreshes. This involves working with the relevant teams to gather requirements, assemble specs and brief the Brand Team who provide design templates which Shopper Marketing will use to build out collateral
- Craft and implement processes to drive efficiency within the Shopper Marketing function
- Agency management – Print, Design & Experiential.
- Budget management – Print & Experiential.
- Lead all current and future shopper marketing projects from concept to post implementation evaluation.
- Mentor & Develop one direct report.
