Site Engineer – North KildareSalary: €75KCompany Overview:An Irish property development business founded over 40 years ago has a wealth of experience across commercial, healthcare, residential and retail sectors. They are invested in the importance of green energy and operate multiple projects with engagement with all relevant stakeholders to prepare detailed masterplans. Due to increased business growth, they are seeking a Site Engineer.Job Summary:We are recruiting for a Site Engineer for our Client. This is a permanent, full-time position, it would be best suited to an ambitious, goal-oriented Site Engineer. The successful candidate will join their team in North Kildare and reporting directly to the Senior Management.Your responsibilities will be as below:Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all engineering aspects on the site,
- Maintain the engineering documents & drawings on site,
- Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest health & safety standards,
- Ordering & monitoring of materials on site,
- Ability to maintain the site records, manage & implement the safety procedures,
- Liaising with subcontractors and site management,
- Attending weekly progress meetings with site management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor
- Qualifications in construction, engineering, building, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of Construction, Engineering, Construction, and Design
- Experience working on residential projects is required
