We are partnered with a Top Tier provider of world class projects, known for delivering innovative technology infrastructure and reliable construction services looking for a seasoned Site Project Manager for a Data Centre project in Dublin. As Site Project Manager you will support the Project Manager in overseeing the project development, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Manage daily activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure work is completed on schedule, within the budget, and to the highest quality standards.Work closely with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective coordination and seamless project execution.Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.Facilitate and enforce strict adherence to quality, environment, health, safety protocols and practices.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with project progress and outcomes.Perform regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate and updated records of all site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports.Degree in Engineering/Construction management with interest of becoming chartered with relevant bodies such as CIOB / MICE/ CPEng.Black CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, S5 & Q10 internal workshops, First Aid and other related qualifications and training are beneficial.Good understanding of lifting operations.Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards.Data centre experience is advantageous.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Please apply with your updated CV and we will contact you in return for a confidential discussion.Ideal candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.
