What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Senior Architect with extensive expertise in Oracle SOA/AIA solutions and integration technologies to lead key projects and deliver cutting-edge integration solutions.

  • Design and Develop Oracle AIA Solutions: Utilize your deep knowledge of Oracle AIA to design and develop robust integration solutions that meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead O2C and AABC PIP Implementations: Take full ownership of the implementation of Oracle AIA’s Order to Cash (O2C) and AABC Process Integration Packs (PIPs). Configure, customize, and optimize these PIPs to meet the specific business needs of the organization.
  • Develop and Maintain Integration Interfaces: Design and maintain integration interfaces using Oracle AIA and other related technologies. Ensure all implementations follow industry best practices and meet high standards for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing: Lead the system integration testing process, ensuring that Oracle AIA solutions are fully functional, reliable, and meet business needs. Work closely with QA teams to define test plans, perform tests, and resolve any issues.
  • Provide Technical Leadership and Mentoring: Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle AIA 12.x and related integration technologies. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the successful delivery of integration projects and fostering continuous learning and development.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle AIA, including the AIA Foundation Pack, Enterprise Object Library (EBO), and AIA Service Constructor.
  • Expertise in Process Integration: Proven experience in implementing Oracle AIA Process Integration Packs (PIPs) such as Order to Cash (O2C) and AABC, with a deep understanding of the relevant business processes and integration scenarios.
  • Proficiency in integration technologies, including web services, SOA, and XML. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement scalable and efficient integration solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to junior team members. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience leading system integration testing efforts, working with quality assurance teams to ensure the successful deployment of integration solutions.
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business success.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
