Software Development Engineer in Test
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Daily rate: €470 – 500 DOEWe are currently seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test for a leading technology company. In this role, you’ll work with a talented team to build high-performance applications and drive automated testing solutions for complex systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java, Spring Frameworks, and test automation across microservices architectures.
Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automated solutions for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Build and maintain REST API and UI testing scripts.
• Work with Java, Spring Boot, Jenkins, and Groovy to create and maintain automated test suites.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to enhance best testing practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Java and Spring Frameworks.
• Hands-on with test automation, APIs (REST), and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Kafka, microservices architecture, and cloud environments.

*For this position, you need to hold a UK/EU passport or Stamp 4.
