Software Development Manager | SDLC | Agile | Cardiff | Hybrid 1 Day Per Week | Digital Transformation | £65,000-£68,000 + benefitsMethod Resourcing has partnered exclusively with an incredible not-for-profit that is transforming technology on a global scale – and they want you to be part of it!The role: You will be accountable for the management of software development by managing, planning, co-ordinating and tracking all IT delivery of change requests within the Software Development Life Cycle working in an agile (Scrum focused) environment. You’ll be responsible for making sure the right support structures are in place-covering both Operations and Vendor Management-while serving as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.✨ Why Apply?

✔ Hybrid working-just one day a week in the Cardiff office!The key skills that they are looking for:Strong grasp of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with hands-on knowledge of Agile practices, particularly Scrum.Background in managing development teams, including direct line management responsibilities.Comfortable overseeing third-party suppliers, as much of the development resource is outsourced.Experience acting as a Scrum Master to support agile delivery.Familiarity with technologies with either of the following: Azure, ColdFusion, .NET, or Oracle.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Adaptable and proactive individual who can take on multiple roles in a fast-changing environment.Alongside a salary of up to £68,000, they can offer the following benefits:
