Salary / Rate of pay: £40,000 – £42,000Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with this multi award winning restaurant close to Bristol and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team. A successful Sous Chef will work alongside a talented Head Chef & team. Duties to include planning menus, making sure food is of the right quality and price, managing stock, ordering food from local suppliers, controlling a budget, keeping accurate records, managing health and hygiene procedures, organising the staff duty rota, recruiting, training, and developing staff.
