What’s involved?

• Your Sous Chef contract will be full time consisting of 40 hours.
• At full capacity the home can hold 97 residents.
• You’ll be working with local fresh produce to cook seasonal and creative meals.
• Days can either be 4 days on or 5 days on as long as the rota is covered for 7 days between the HC and SC.

Ideal Candidate

• Food allergen and Hygiene certificate
• Knowledge of IDDSI (or willingness to learn)
• DBS certificate (or happy to apply)
• Experience working as a sous chef
