Oh, we’re also self-funded which gives us the freedom to work on whatever we think brings the most value to customers and communities in the long run!About You and this RoleReporting to the Senior Specialist of UK, you will play a key role in executing a comprehensive marketing strategy with a partner first approach, and plan to generate demand and build brand awareness for Liferay, directly and with a strong collaboration with partners, to support the sales pipeline in UKI.As a member of the EMEA field marketing team and working closely with your local sales, and channel leaders, you will contribute to sales growth in your region while benefiting from an opportunity to advance your career in a high-growth, international, and open source company.Key Objectives & ResponsibilitiesHelp plan & execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the company’s business objectives (e.g. revenue, qualified leads, brand presence, awareness) developing tactics to generate demand in the field, working closely with the sales team.Analyze market trends to identify and suggest opportunities that will inform marketing strategies.Execute a wide variety of events whether digital, hybrid or in-person (breakfast seminars, annual Customer Summit, webinars, VIP events, industry events, Partner events, etc.) and seek for new opportunities to generate demand through third party events.Localize global marketing content and campaigns to be relevant to the Uki market and trends.Track, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assess against goals (INQ, MAP, QMBs, CW) and suggest improvements.Manage social media channels for organic posts (LinkedIn) and digital campaigns.Work closely with the UK Sales and Channel teams to execute customer marketing and partner marketing initiatives.Collaborate with other Liferay marketing teams across the globe to exchange ideas and best practices.Support the execution of Community events.Required QualificationsDegree in Marketing or Business, or comparable education/experience2/4 years experience in Field Marketing/Channel Marketing (within IT industry a plus)Familiarity and experience with Marketing Automation, ABM, CMS, CRM tools.Experience in managing end-to-end events programs.Digital Marketing and Social Media management skills (including crafting compelling content for emails and social media posts)Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlinesExperience managing 3rd party providersFamiliarity and experience with reporting tools and methodologies.Experience working with a global organization, collaborating across different cultures, time zones and geographies.Soft SkillsSelf-starter, quick learner, self-motivated, proactive beyond your dutyAre organized with a proven ability to manage actions and schedulesCan think analytically and use a data-driven approachPossess a strong work ethic/motivationFosters a culture of cooperation and collaborationCommunicate effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurious, passionate, and accountableWhat We OfferCompetitive salary & benefits package according to qualifications and experienceOpportunities to take responsibility and grow professionally.
