Within this role you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of various IT applications and systems.As a IT Applications Analyst a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Coordinating across business departments and stakeholders, gathering , and implementing enhancement requests across departments
• Effectively identifying and resolving system issues and appropriately communicating items to management, business process owner and users. Senior role would be the technical SME/Lead on initiatives
• Responsible for system documentation, including, converting user requirement specifications to a detail design specification, writing configuration test plans and summary reports
• Configuring reports (tabular, trend and labels)
• Performing daily business administrative tasks related to functional support and general user account administration
• Providing SME support and working closely with functional departments on projects to developing , implementing and enhancing the system
• Processing IT Applications changing control requests
• Working with Validation and Quality departments ensuring IT Applications are implemented following development life cycle approach
• Providing application assistance prior to, during and post Regulatory/Partner inspections
• Training other IT Applications employees and contractors
• Coordinating with other IT Applications team members implementing the system in an efficient manner
• Providing end-user support for IT Applications including troubleshooting problems at the application server level
• Participating or leading IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews
