As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.Your key responsibilities include:You will create and manage effective recruiting strategies and programs to meet the company’s hiring needsYou will collaborate with hiring managers to gather and document the specific requirements for job openings and initiate the recruitment processYou will identify and utilize the most effective recruiting sources to advertise and post job openingsYou will enhance the company’s image and reputation among candidates and external service providers throughout promoting DexcomYou will actively seek out potential candidates and build networks and processes to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidatesYou will review resumes and assess the effectiveness of electronic tools used for candidate evaluationYou will maintain thorough documentation of the candidate evaluation and interview process to ensure consistency and complianceYou will negotiate or assist hiring managers in creating competitive compensation packages and offers for new hiresYou will collaborate with agencies, contractors, and website representatives to execute effective employment advertising campaignsYou will offer performance feedback on the effectiveness of all recruiting agencies and sourcesYou will take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the recruitment function.What makes you successful:You will have corporate recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment and are experienced with mass recruitmentYou will bring initiative and thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, demonstrating your ability to adapt and excel under pressureYou will have strong sourcing abilities within an ATS, LinkedIn, Twitter, social media networks, job boards, and other platforms, effectively identifying both passive and active candidatesPrevious experience with Workday as recruiting system is highly preferred (please specify the systems you have worked on in the past)Experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred but not required.What you’ll get:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.A full and comprehensive benefits programGrowth opportunities on a global scaleAccess to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursementAn exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serveImagine a workplace where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your efforts directly contribute to our success.
