We strive for execution excellence while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives.AMD together we advance_THE ROLE:This position serves as a senior level employee relations expert and is responsible for managing complex employee relations inquiries and issues; conducting investigations into employee complaints; proactively coaching and guiding managers on performance processes and tools; and providing insights into employee relations trends. In this role you will coordinate, partner, manage and execute employee relations activities in EMEA. You will lead Employee Relations projects, including labor relations and manager coaching.THE PERSON:We are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner.. This is a permanent position, located in our office in Dublin with a possibility to work 2 days a week from home. You are a self-starter who can work under minimal supervision and be knowledgeable in HR policies, EMEA employment legislation and HR tools and processes. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization to understand and resolve issues.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
