- Ensure service levels consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
- Carry out electrical PPM, proactive and reactive tasks within agreed timeframes.
- Undertake general building services maintenance including HVAC, fabric, and mechanical works.
- Provide callout support as per rota requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety by consistently demonstrating and encouraging safe behaviours.
- Share examples of positive safety actions with your team and line manager.
- Actively seek opportunities to exceed client expectations.
- Understand and enhance the customer journey by identifying and improving building touchpoints.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- City & Guilds Level 3 (2230, 2330, NVQ 2356/2357) or AM1 & AM2
- City & Guilds 18th Edition (BS:7671)
- City & Guilds 2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing)
- JIB Accreditation
- IPAF / PASMA
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience in electrical building services: fault finding, maintenance, installation, and testing
- Familiarity with Authorised Person (AP LV) responsibilities
